Hi, I’m Eliana—founder and owner of Monarch Speech and Language Institute, LLC. Monarch is a therapist-created and therapist-owned practice built from the ground up with community, sustainability, and ethical care at the center.
My professional experience includes working across multiple settings, including:
Pediatric clinic-based services (solo and collaborative models)
Oklahoma Public school systems
ABA and interdisciplinary environments
Early intervention and transitional services
I am a bilingual (Spanish-English) speech-language pathologist and a Latina, woman-owned business owner. My work has been deeply shaped by serving diverse families, navigating systems that don’t always connect well, and learning how to bridge gaps between early intervention, clinic-based care, and school services.
I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to start—or grow—a private practice while juggling ethics, finances, and your own well-being. My goal with coaching is to offer honest guidance, real strategies, and encouragement that respects both your professional expertise and your humanity.
