Eliana is a bilingual speech-language pathologist and the owner of Monarch Speech and Language Institute, a pediatric private practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is known for her passion for early intervention, parent coaching, and empowering families through education and advocacy.
Eliana offers professional development and public speaking on a variety of topics including private practice and entrepreneurship, early intervention strategies, school-based services, and bilingual and culturally responsive care. She brings warmth and expertise to every workshop and training, making complex topics approachable and actionable.
Eliana is a trusted Tulsa provider and active community collaborator, partnering with local schools, daycares, and organizations to support developmental services and professional learning.
When she’s not coaching families or speaking at events, Eliana enjoys exploring Tulsa’s parks, trying new foods, attending live music, and spending time with her dogs, family, and husband, Dereck.
