Parent Coaching

Our Parent Coaching services empower families to confidently support their child’s communication and developmental needs during everyday routines. Together with a licensed Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll explore goals, challenges, and personalized strategies tailored to your child’s unique strengths.

Services are unique to family needs, and can include School Readiness and Special Education Coaching, where caregivers learn to advocate for high-quality support in educational settings, and Playtime Coaching, where you’ll discover how to turn toys and routines into powerful language-learning moments. We also offer Bilingual Language Development Coaching, to guide families through the natural stages of bilingualism and help nurture strong communication skills in both languages.

*Please note that ALL coaching services are private pay only. Superbills cannot be provided for coaching services.*

Parent Coaching

  • 2 Sessions

    $150 total ($75/session)

    A great starting point for families seeking general guidance or support for a specific concern. This package offers a broad overview of early language development and strategies you can begin implementing right away.

    Includes:
    ✔️ Two 30-minute biweekly virtual coaching sessions
    ✔️ Ongoing text support between sessions
    ✔️ Complimentary downloadable parent resources
    ✔️ Personalized strategies and routines
    ✔️ Tailored to your child and family’s unique needs

    Best for: A general overview, short-term support, or a quick check-in with an expert.

  • 4 Sessions

    $280 total ($70/session)

    This package allows us to go beyond the basics. We’ll take a deeper dive into your child’s language development, explore specific goals, and begin layering in targeted strategies as we build rapport.

    Includes:
    ✔️ Four 30-minute biweekly virtual coaching sessions
    ✔️ Continuous text support in between sessions
    ✔️ Complimentary Monarch parent handouts and activity guides
    ✔️ A customized plan that evolves with your child’s progress
    ✔️Individualized for your child and family’s goals

    Best for: Families looking for more detailed coaching, time to practice strategies, and deeper support.

  • 6 Sessions

    $390 total ($65/session)

    Our most comprehensive coaching option. With more time together, we’ll be able to build strong rapport and adapt strategies based on real-time progress. This package allows for a full picture of your child’s development and consistent, tailored support every step of the way.

    Includes:
    ✔️ Six 30-minute biweekly virtual coaching sessions
    ✔️ Priority text support for questions, videos, and check-ins
    ✔️ Access to all Monarch printable resources & bonus guides
