As a bilingual SLP and the daughter of immigrant parents, Eliana understands the importance of preserving a child's home language while fostering communication across all environments. She is especially passionate about early intervention, bilingual language development, family education, and creating individualized therapy plans that are functional, engaging, and meaningful.

When she's not in the clinic, Eliana enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, trying new recipes, and exploring Tulsa's local restaurants with her husband, Dereck. She looks forward to partnering with your family and celebrating every milestone as your child builds confidence and finds their voice.

  • Cielo Munoz, M.S., CCC-SLP

Cielo Munoz is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping children and families build meaningful communication skills through compassionate, family-centered care. She earned her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Oklahoma State University and currently serves students full-time at a local school while providing part-time services at Monarch Speech and Language Institute.

Cielo’s personal experience as a bilingual speaker inspires her passion for supporting multilingual families and helping children develop strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Cielo has experience working with children in early intervention and early elementary settings and enjoys supporting a wide variety of communication needs. She has a special passion for early language development, bilingual language acquisition, speech and language disorders, and partnering with families to create meaningful progress beyond the therapy room.

What drew Cielo to Monarch was the clinic's commitment to providing high-quality, family-centered care in both English and Spanish. She believes every family deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered in their preferred language, and she is proud to be part of a team that values cultural and linguistic diversity while creating a supportive environment where children can thrive.

Outside of work, Cielo enjoys staying active, spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, and spoiling her three pets. She also loves wandering the aisles of Hobby Lobby in search of her next craft or home décor project.

Cielo's favorite advice for parents is simple but powerful: Talk to your child. Narrate your daily routines, describe what you see, ask questions, and follow your child's lead during conversations and play. Every interaction is an opportunity to build language, and those small, everyday moments can have a lasting impact on your child's communication development.
